  Recommeneded Dose

  Adults: 1 scoop of 27,5g two times per day. Add 1-2 cups of water (8 to 16 oz or 250 to 500 ml) of cold water to your shaker per serving (27.5g) of Pentacarb, seal your shaker and shake immediately.
